HNC/D Aeronautical Engineering (Distance/Blended Learning)

This course aims to provide serving and ex-military personnel and civilians with the opportunity to achieve their full potential and gain a work-related, higher level qualification. If you are part of a significant tri-service military Aeronautical Engineering programme or work in the aeronautical industry, this course will enable technician-level personnel and others to gain higher level qualifications by referencing previous technical knowledge and vocational training, using either Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) and/or Recognition of Prior Certificated Learning (RPCL).

Duration: Variable; learners are enrolled onto a 3 Year Part-Time programme

Entry Requirements: You need a Level 3 qualification in Aeronautical Engineering or other related Level 3 qualifications or an A Level profile which shows a strong performance in relevant subjects or an adequate performance in more than one subject, supported by a range of GCSEs at grades A*-C, or an Access to Higher Education certificate. Related work experience will also be taken into account. Mature students may present a more varied profile of achievement that is likely to include extensive paid or voluntary work experience and a range of professional qualifications. You must be over 18 to join this course.
